We, using the Eschebach plan, had this numbered as VI.6.11, although in the 2007 and 2005 photos below the doorway is seen as unnumbered.
Now it
clearly appears to have been renumbered to VI.6.12.
(Perhaps the doorway at VI.6.10a has now been renumbered to VI.6.11.)

According to Fiorelli, this was an uncovered and rustic area, perhaps to shelter animals?
